Accessible seating is available at all Fuego matches. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companion(s). Depending upon availability, we will make efforts to ensure that seats for additional guest(s) will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
We are committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. Please call us at (559) 320-8497 for questions regarding accessible seating.
ADMISSION
Children three and under do not require a ticket but are not provided a seat. Anyone aged four and over must have a ticket for admission into the match.

ALCOHOL
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. Public concession stands will not serve alcoholic beverages after the 60-minute mark of a match, or the equivalent for other events.
The consumption of alcohol in any Chukchansi Park parking lot is prohibited.
ANIMALS
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training will be allowed at Chukchansi Park. All other animals are prohibited.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES AND CANS
No outside beverages are permitted at Chukchansi Park other than unopened bottled water.
BOX OFFICE
The Chukchansi Park Box Office is located on H Street, near the intersection of Kern Street. The box office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Hours vary on Fuego matchdays. Fans can also purchase tickets at bit.ly/FuegoTickets.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Fresno Fuego is committed to ensuring a match day experience that is safe, enjoyable and respectful for all stadium guests. If a guest interferes with the enjoyment of the match, please contact a Guest Service representative for assistance. Each guest should provide proof of ticket and be ready to display it to a Guest Service representative.

CONCESSIONS
Chukchansi Park features fixed and portable concession stands, run and operated by PSI. These stands feature traditional stadium items including popcorn, pizza, soft drinks, candy, etc. in addition to alcoholic beverages.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost articles may be turned into the Courtesy booth on the concourse at the main entrance to Chukchansi Park.
OUTSIDE FOOD
Outside food or drink is not allowed into Chukchansi Park.
PARKING
Parking is $6 for Fuego home matches, in the H Street parking lot and the Spiral Parking Garage at the corner of Van Ness & Inyo. Fire Squad Fresno members should park exclusively at the Spiral Parking Garage.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Chukchansi Park is dedicated to providing a safer environment for the public and to expedite fan entry into the premise.

SMOKING
Chukchansi Park is smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vaporizes, except for designated smoking areas in accordance with California State Law. See a Guest Services representative for more information.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are not allowed in Chukchansi Park.
WEATHER
Matches are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lightning in the area. Matches are only cancelled if conditions are deemed unplayable by the match officials.
WILL CALL
Please distribute tickets ahead of time for friends and family. Fresno Fuego cannot take tickets on behalf of fans for third parties at Will Call. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office on the day of the event or match. Will Call opens when gates open.
